AgentClaw ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AgentClaw mobile application and the agentclaw.co website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication data when you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe and Apple In-App Purchases. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Usage data: interactions with your AI agent instances, API usage metrics, and credit consumption.
- Device information: device type, operating system, and push notification tokens.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process transactions and send related information
- Provision and manage your AI agent instances
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Monitor and analyze usage trends
4. AI Data Processing
Your AI agent instances process messages through third-party AI model providers (via OpenRouter). We route your requests but do not train AI models on your conversations. Each agent instance runs in an isolated environment on Fly.io infrastructure.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Fly.io (hosting), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), OpenRouter (AI model routing), RevenueCat (subscription management).
- Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive configuration data and secure authentication via Clerk.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data
You can delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
