1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentClaw provides hosted AI agent instances that run on dedicated infrastructure. Users can provision, configure, and interact with AI agents through our mobile app and web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
• In-app purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
• AI credits are non-refundable once used.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the AI proxy
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

6. AI Usage

AI agent responses are generated by third-party models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output from your AI agents. AgentClaw is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and configurations. AgentClaw retains all rights to the Service, its software, and documentation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your instances will be destroyed and data deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
